Alicia Lyter is an intuitive tattooer, painter, mural artist, and energy worker.

She is the creator of Hallow River Ritual Tattoo & Artery in Marietta, Pennsylvania

alongside tattoo artist Miranda Fiorivanti.

Alicia believes tattooing is an opportunity to align with the vision of one’s soul and considers each tattoo experience a co-creation with the client. Her intention is to offer a unique and spiritually-centered experience, which happens through connecting one-on-one, deep listening, energy work, ritual, and clear intention. She believes this process honors the body as a temple, coaxes light into the unseen, and aims to express the client’s true essence. Using the energy blueprint of the client, a one-of-a-kind design is created to serve as a tool of transformation and a sacred talisman on the journey forward.

Personal devotion to spirit, and daily practice to honor her own divine connection is of the utmost importance.Through the exploration of different healing modalities and practices, she aims to open her self as a clear channel, so that the energy of the client’s vision may flow through freely.

Traditional Ritual Tattoo Session

$200/hour (Project length varies)

(ALL designs are custom and one of a kind, so I am not open to re-creating or replicating another artist's design. With that said, it is helpful for you to collect any images that are an inspiration to your vision and can offer clarity to my design process).

This path is for those who have a clear vision of the elements and theme of their tattoo design.

The Process:

You fill out a consultation request form. BOOKS CURRENTLY PAUSED. Not accepting any applications at this time.
Within one week; I will respond to your consultation request with available dates and we will schedule a one-hour appointment at that time. A $200 deposit is due at the consultation. This deposit signifies the start of your project and will be subtracted from the price of the last session.
On the day of consultation: Arrive prepared with any materials, visuals/images, intentions, or text that will serve in helping me to bring your truest vision to light. Send all images to: alicialytertattoo@gmail.com

I will use these as inspiration and will not incorporate them directly into the design because everything I create is custom to you. We will vision plan together as I ask questions, take notes and listen.

Sometimes I will suggest that a freehand approach is better suited for your design or the placement of the tattoo. This method includes drawing on your skin with a sharpie to find the best placement. If you agree to move forward with this method of creation, step 5 will look different for your project. We will discuss and agree upon all of this at your consultation.
At the end of the consultation (if everything feels aligned) we will schedule your tattoo appointment before you leave. This date, on average, is within 1-2 months from the consultation date.
You will receive your design, by email, three days before your tattoo appointment. I invite you to look it over and offer your feedback. If anything does not feel quite right or needs shifting, I will do so.
On the day of your tattoo appointment we will finalize the size and placement before we begin. You'll also take a moment to make sure all feels aligned. I begin each tattoo session with a cleansing, grounding, and intention-setting ritual then we begin the journey of bringing your vision to life.
